Focusing on cylindrical battery PACK manufacturing, Yuanyuan Yuan Technology has reached an industry-university-research cooperation with Nanchang Institute of Technology

With the continuous expansion of the company's scale and the deepening implementation of the capacity upgrade strategy, Huanyuanyuan Technology has an increasing demand for high-quality and specialized technical talents. Chairman Xu Meng regards the construction of the talent梯队 as the key driving force for the company's development, emphasizing the deepening of school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry-university-research, and building a systematic and sustainable talent cultivation system to reserve technical and management backbone capable of meeting the needs of intelligent manufacturing development. 

Under the company's strategic guidance, on December 19th, Dongguan Huanyu Yuan Technology Co., Ltd. and the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering College of Nanchang University of Technology jointly reached an agreement on industry-university-research cooperation. General Manager Yang Bo of Huanyu Yuan Technology, Party Secretary Miao Shiguang of the College's Party Committee, and Vice President Chen Mingquan, along with other leading officials from both sides, attended the event and completed the signing. 

As an important extension of the company's industry-university-research cooperation system, Huanyuanyuan Technology has previously established long-term and stable school-enterprise cooperation relationships with multiple universities such as South China University of Technology, Dongguan University of Technology, and Guangdong Technical Normal University. It has accumulated rich experience in jointly building joint laboratories, operating internship and practice bases, and implementing targeted talent cultivation. This cooperation with the Mechanical Engineering College of Nanchang University of Technology is a key measure for Huanyuanyuan Technology to further improve its university cooperation network, establish a multi-level talent echelon construction and supply system, and inject new impetus into the company's industry-university-research integration and talent strategic layout. 

Both parties will focus on core technical fields such as cylindrical battery PACK intelligent manufacturing system, advanced battery equipment and process optimization, and jointly build an industry-academia integration innovation platform that integrates "talent梯队 cultivation, joint research on key technologies, and collaborative industrialization research and development". This platform will comprehensively empower the intelligent upgrade and process reliability improvement of cylindrical battery PACK manufacturing.

01 Jointly Build a Integrated Innovation Platform 

Both parties will follow the principle of resource sharing, integrate scientific research facilities and technical resources, and establish a platform for industry-university-research collaboration. This platform will achieve the optimal allocation and efficient utilization of resources such as experimental equipment, testing instruments, and scientific achievements, and establish a sharing mechanism covering the entire chain from "innovation in technology" to "research and development verification" and "technology transfer". Both parties will also jointly hold high-level academic forums and industry seminars to promote the exchange of cutting-edge technologies and the sharing of industry insights, providing intellectual support for corporate strategic planning, providing industrial guidance for the research direction of the college, and building a mutually empowering, continuously iterative collaborative innovation ecosystem. 

02 Jointly tackle core technologies 

Focusing on the "critical bottlenecks" in the intelligent manufacturing of cylindrical battery PACK, both parties will form a joint R&D team composed of experts from the university and engineers from the enterprise. They will conduct technological research on key aspects such as high-precision intelligent manufacturing equipment, integrated intelligent production lines, and process parameter optimization. They will establish a full-process R&D system from basic research, pilot testing to industrial application. By jointly building an engineering verification platform and sharing intellectual property rights, they will establish a collaborative innovation mechanism with shared risks and shared achievements, accelerating the realization of technological breakthroughs and industrialization implementation, and creating a demonstration project with deep integration of industry-university-research.

03 Building a New Talent System 

WanYuan Yuan Technology has become the teaching practice and talent cultivation base for the cooperative college, jointly establishing a new model of talent cultivation featuring "cooperative course development, shared teaching staff, and shared practical responsibilities". Through the establishment of customized course modules and the implementation of project-based teaching, the teaching content is precisely aligned with industrial demands. The "school-enterprise dual mentor system" is innovated, with enterprise technical experts deeply involved in teaching practice, and college teachers regularly participating in enterprise technological research and development, forming a two-way talent flow mechanism. A full-cycle talent growth channel from在校 training to career development is created, providing high-quality technical and management talents for the sustainable development of enterprises.

Both parties will focus on the intelligent manufacturing of cylindrical battery PACKs, with the core being "joint research on technology and talent cultivation".
